Our very own super smooth S3 contemporary reformers enable you to pace your own workout. The easily adjustable springs allow you to tailor your workout to make it either easier for the beginner practitioners or more challenging for the more advanced.
S3 Reformer classes are DYNAMIC with flows inspired by traditional CLASSICAL PILATES exercises, and designed for EVERY BODY. Based on science to give you an enjoyable and effective yet SAFE workout!
We offer 3 different reformer classes to suit different levels of experience and goals:
STARTER / SIGNATURE / STRONG / SWEAT

Designed to introduce the reformer to those who are new to reformer pilates. Focusing on introducing the principles of pilates and its techniques, these classes are a great way to get started to discover the many benefits of pilates and fall in love with it!

Signature
A contemporary approach to reformer pilates, S3 SIGNATURE classes are based on the principles of pilates with exercises that stem from classical reformer exercises. These classes are designed to be dynamic and challenging, yet fun and safe
Not suitable for: pregnancy
Experience level: Prior experience on reformer
Focus on: Dynamic progression of reformer pilates exercises
Sweat
A head-to-toe reformer based workout, S3 SWEAT is designed to challenge your cardiovascular fitness and muscles strength and endurance. Expect a sweaty workout to an upbeat playlist!
Not suitable for: Injuries / pregnancy
Experience level: Prior experience on reformer
Focus on: Cardio fitness and endurance
STRONG
A full body workout, S3 STRONG classes follow more closely to the classical pilates repertoire and adding more dynamic modifications and progressions while adapting to the ability of each client. The class focuses on strength and form with a slightly heavier spring load but with less repetitions. Each class will include the S3 challenging exercises you love to build more strength.
