Pedro
Smart Moves with Pedro
Hi everyone! I’m Pedro! I’m a Portuguese physiotherapist, born and raised in the great city of Setúbal. As a former federated handball athlete, I understand movement, injury and the relentless drive for optimal performance from both sides of the table. I graduated in 2025 from the Polytechnic University of Setúbal and I’m currently taking a master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy in the same university. Currently my clinical focus is in Musculoskeletal and Sports physiotherapy, which I added to by undertaking specialized training in Clinical Pilates to better address my client’s needs. I’m dedicated to continuous learning and providing the best evidence-based care to help every client not just recover but excel.
Sofia
Pushing you to be your best…with a smile
Sofia is a licensed physiotherapist specializing in sports medicine, with a passion for helping clients move better, recover stronger, and stay injury-free. Combining a deep understanding of biomechanics with hands-on rehabilitation experience, she works with athletes and everyday movers alike to build strength, improve mobility, and prevent injury before it happens.
Alongside her clinical work, Sofia’s reformer pilates classes are challenging, dynamic, and genuinely fun — blending the precision of physiotherapy-informed movement with an energy that keeps clients coming back. Her classes are designed to push you just enough to feel the difference, while keeping things light, encouraging, and never intimidating.
Whether working one-on-one in a clinical setting or leading a full reformer class, Sofia brings the same philosophy to every session: movement should heal, challenge, and feel good all at once.
NANDA
Strength Meets Stillness
Nanda is a certified yoga instructor specializing in both traditional yoga and sculpt yoga, blending mindful movement with strength-building intensity. Her classes bring together the calm, breath-centered focus of classic yoga with the energizing, muscle-sculpting push of weighted flows — giving students the best of both worlds in every session.
Whether she's guiding a slow, restorative flow or leading a sweat-dripping sculpt class set, Nanda creates a space that's welcoming for beginners and challenging enough for seasoned yogis. Her approach is rooted in the belief that a strong body and a calm mind aren't separate goals — they build each other. Students leave her classes feeling stronger, more grounded, and ready to take on whatever's next.
Gabriela
My name is Gabriela, but you can call me Gabi. I am Brazilian-German, and my connection to Pilates began as a student — searching for healing for both body and mind. That journey is what brought me here. I hold a degree in Psychology and Classical Pilates, and I am currently completing my Master's in Psychology. In the principles of Joseph Pilates, I found what I had always been looking for: the balance between body, mind, and spirit. Today, what drives me most is seeing my students leave each class feeling better than when they arrived. I teach what I believe in, wholeheartedly.
Chelsea
With over a decade of experience in holistic health, Chelsea brings together yoga, naturopathy, and mindfulness to create classes that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Passionate about empowering others, she believes we all have an innate ability to heal when given the right environment and nourishment. Her classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with your breath, and cultivate a state of wellbeing on and off the mat. From dynamic vinyasa to restorative yin, Chelsea offers classes for everyone, inviting you to move at a pace that feels good for you.
