The S3 Method
Founded by Australian physiotherapist, Joshua Norris-Ongso, the first S3 Studio was launched in 2010 in Melbourne.
Since then the S3 Method has grown and evolved to include barre, reformer pilates, mat pilates and clinical pilates.
What is the S3 Method?
S3 represents the core concepts of stretch, strength and stability.
A contemporary approach to movements, the S3 methodology fuses clinical expertise and knowledge with principles of classical pilates to offer dynamic yet safe, fun yet highly effective workouts, resulting in an addictive and unforgettable workout experience.
